What a shame none of these players will ever win a BCS game. Well then again they did decide to attend overrated university.

No smart a## attitude here. Just find it hard to believe someone spends so much time talking about a program when they despise it. If you spent the time and energy rooting for your favorite team (whoever that happens to be) you'd have to be their biggest fan, ever. As for proving you right in four years, who cares, but if your ego needs it, I'm sure you'll be crowing about it, right or wrong.

NCF

Why are you mad, why hate on the Irish so much. Let me ask you this if OSU could get into a BCS bowl under the same rules Notre Dame has with the BCS wouldn't you take it? Of course you would, big money is big money, or let me ask you this, if you could get a big raise at work even if you feel you didn't derserve it wouldn't you take it? Yes again on that one too, you need to calm your hatred against the Irish, they play by the rules and get into BCS bowl games under the stipulations provided by the BCS when the BCS was created, don't hate the playa hate the game.

The Irish added two 4-stars to their commitment list. Dan McCarthy of Youngstown and Ethan Johnson of Portland, Oregon.

McCarthy will join his brother, who signed with Notre Dame last season.

Currently, Notre Dame holds the #1 overall recruiting class (Just a meaningless stat). And has several prospects in the top 100 leaning their way.

This is really shaping up to be a solid class.

The Irish have just added a 4-star Linebacker to their commitment list. Steven Filer.

He was the #34 in the top 100 list and the #2 inside linebacker.

This now gives Notre Dame a total of 13 4-star recruits.

Noticed that thay don't have any running backs on the list--are they already set for the RB?

That I couldn't tell you...I think they are still after some, but if my memory is correct they signed a few last year...I'll have to look into that.

The Irish are still in the hunt for Ryan Williams(VA) and Carlton Thomas(FLA) at RB/TB. I think ND will land Williams, I don't know about Thomas.

Kev, Prince is now playing cornerback. Robert Hughes will see playing time this year also just a freshman.
