Wow!!! What an exciting low scoring game for the A-10.
Entering the game St. Louis (14-6, 5-2 Conf) was 11-0 at home and they had a great chance to make it 12-0 but with no time left on the clock, Jordan Goodwin (CENTREVILLE, IL) who enter the game hitting less than 54% of his free throws, but had made eight straight in this game, missed both free throws allowing Davidson (15-5, 6-1 Conf) to escape with the one point win.

This was a back and forth game between two solid mid major schools, that in my opinion could give a lot of teams in the power five conferences fits.
Leading Davidson in victory was, Jon Axel Gudmundsson (Grindavik, Iceland) with 27 points, 5 rebounds and 2 steals. Luke Frampton (Poca,WV) chipped in with 9 points. The Wildcats on hit 39.5% of their shots from the field. They hit 11-13 free throws.

For the Billikens, Goodwin and Hasahn French (Middletown, NY) each had 12.
