LSU wins a shoot out. This will be a high scoring game.

Jalen Hurts should be able to keep it close with his abilities to run the ball and throw off it. Just don’t see it being enough to beat LSU.

The fact that LSU's defense is playing a lot better, and that Oklahoma can't even spell the word "defense", I think that LSU will not only throw the ball with a lot of success, but run it also. Jalen Hurts may score some points against LSU, but I don't think it will be near enough with what Burrow will probably do to the Sooner defense.

LSU had a lot of injuries and got carried by Burrow. Now the defense is back to full strength. LSU has 5 projected first round picks on defense for the 2020 draft. That’s not counting Divinity, the best linebacker in college football. He’s back for the title game

There were games that coach O rested 7 defensive starters

We'll see how good or how bad the LSU defense is during this game.

Mock draft's I've seen have 2 LSU defensive players going in the first round. Nothing wrong with that, but you do like to blow things out of proportion.

Burrow is pretty close to breaking the 5,000 yard barrier

Jalen Hurts has owned LSU over the years. I see the trend continuing.

I like Burrow but the hype around Athens over LSU is unbearable. I support the local kid but all the people trying to act like her got cheated at OSU are just clueless hacks. I also see idiots on Facebook claiming Texas as a top 10 win because the Longhorns were overrated in the preseason

LSU has a lot of momentum right now. And a lot more here when the local kid wins the Heisman. They have been playing better defense but they haven’t saw a team like OSU nor Clemson. Both bama and Texas wins were nice but they aren’t the # 2 , 3 teams.

Jalen Hurts and OU should be riding the fact not one person in America other than them believe they can beat LSU. It’s definitely a David vs Goliath stereo type

Is that right the BIg12 has never won a game in the CFP?

Probably. The South East has won 12 of the last 13 national titles

Texas was able to take LSU into a track meet. Oklahoma is more than capable of doing the same.

Dont think Oklahoma hasnt tasted the disrepect the media has force fed them.

This will be closer game and could go either way.

Vanderbilt dropped 40 on LSU. Oklahoma will light them up.

LSU rested 7 defensive starters. LSU played a historic schedule so had to rest players against the easy teams. Best schedule since 1987 Miami Hurricanes

What was the excuse with Texas? What about Arkansas? Would love for you to share those other excuses why they put up lots of points.

Bottom line: LSU is really nothing more than a B12 school in terms of relative offense vs defense.

I'll wait.
