Jr High week 1

2 from West 1 from Valley and was told 2 from Portsmouth.

#32 is from Valley, #75 and #12 from West, #22 from Minford, was told one from Webster. Don't know about Portsmouth.

3 of those are the best players on the team. 75 is starting both ways too. Have a few open slots, due a little recruiting, and go from one of the weaker classes in recent memory to a strength in one season. Then brag how great you are

I went back through and looked to see who was bragging in the thread. Couldn’t find anything. For clarification on a couple of these guys. I believe 22 has always lived in burg district and went to minford. 75 has step brothers who go to burg and I think their family has been trying to move to burg for quite some time. Just now 75 came to play. His brother played at east I think. Don’t know about the 32, 12, or kid from Webster. This team drastically improved with the new kids. Especially 12 and 32 as they are developed players.

#32 is arthur not secreast from valley was a RB last year but grew 7 inches hence the position change, 40 glover is the best player on the team, #22 from burg was open enrolled at minford now goes where he is supposed to is second best on the team. #12 from west and started at QB was replaced at halftime with #13 jones last years qb thats when we scored all 12 of our points so you sir are just Butt hurt and making up stuff

better lace em up when you play Jacksons 7-8.......Jacksons 8th is tough and the 7th isn't far behind.........good luck to all area teams and have a fun, safe, and enjoyable season......the boys of fall are in full swing!

I’m going to that Jackson game! What did Jackson do last week? Who did they play and score? I go watch best game of week for jr high to get ready for Friday’s game!

Jackson is at tha burg this week.......and man what a tussle it should be........Jacksons 8th is big, strong, and can fly......have a QB that prolly could start on most JV teams and be the stud player on the field right now as an 8th grader......they played VC last week and it was a pretty one sided affair.....tha burg will be a much much better test for them especially being played in ed miller stadium.......if there was a JH game to get a seat to watch both games it would be this Thursday at the ED to watch the ironmen vs tha burg......it will not disappoint......

My buddy said ur right about the twins! Never went to Portsmouth but dad did in the 80’s. They went from burg to Dayton because there is a school up dayton that plays on thursdays only thru high school because of their religion.

I just wish it would be at The Ed Stadium because of crowd, no room and been raining twice hard yesterday and all night!! It’s going to be a mess. Then u have two great jr high teams going at it and this is going to make it bad!! Also there is 15 ways in and burg will not make any money. I went and watched the Ironton game and I have never seen that many people because of where it was placed. Parking and seating plus great field. Well this will be my last game watching burg, let me know anymore best game around, ok?
