What are the rules for this tournament. Is it high school rules and if not, what is different?

All high school rules with the exception of Pressing. 6th grade & under, along with 5th grade and under will be allowed to press full-court as long as the team is not winning by 10 or more points. 4th grade and under will NOT be allowed to press at any time.
Running clock ALL but last 2 min. of half & game, except on time outs.
4th grade and under---12 ft. free-throw line and 5 second lane violation.
