congrats to Logan's 4th and 5th grade girls

Logan's LYBA purple 4th grade girls just won the hocking valley league tournament. The girls beat Hamden Hoopsters in the finals, after suffering their only regular season loss to Hamden. Lyba White 5th grade girls after finishing the regular season 11-0, beat Trimble in the finals of the HVBL tournament yesterday. Another Logan team, LYBA 5th grade Purple finished third in the regular season, in spite of playing without one of their key players for the last half of the season. Good things to come in the near future for the Lady Chiefs.

That was only a couple of the 5th graders off this championship team that almost beat your West 6th graders. We had 2 6th graders and the rest of the kids were 5th graders off of one of the weaker teams in Logan.
Had the fouls been called a little more evenly I think we would have won. The fouls were called 21-7 if I remember correctly. Its hard to win in a situation like that. But both teams played well and will do great for their schools in the future. (Want a rematch on a nuetral court?) ;-)
