running scared, i don't run from nobody, i just been busy this weekend. we had to get some supplies, and do some errands this week. my how your imaginations have ran away with themselves. plus my computer is slower than smoke off'n crap. i's still here. glad to hear frrom several of you. just been busy. spendin time with the family. how is everybody. missed you my friend I was in a panic my computer locked up Sat. and then wouldn't come one I was in TEARS!!! left it off for about 3 hours and it came on!! You all probably heard me rejoicing :-D

But that's because you really can't run on account of your knees!
RUNNING is probably not a contest any of us OBDTF'ers would want to get into [and given my left leg weakness and injured right shoulder, I can't even wield my cane very well these days, let alone move quickly]!
We have to depend on our WITS!
