GUESS WHAT WE HAVE MULTIPLE LEAKS AGAIN. THERE IS A SONAR BOAT ON THE LAKE TODAY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE ALL THE LAKE IS LEAKING AGAIN. I'M HEARING UNOFFICIALLY LIKE 22 TO 26 LEAKS. I'M SO SICK OF THIS CRAP.

That sucks Bait. It is not surprising at all though. I never felt like their filter berm was anything more than a band-aid.

same here flush that sonar boat was everywhere on the entire lake yesterday mapping and recording the whole lake bottom. I never even put my jon boat, ole stump jumper or my canoe in yet. because I knew it was losing water. it's not a huge leak apparently. because when we were having ample rain, it was staying to the top of the dam. but now without the rain, it's down like 16''. there are houses for sale everywhere here, especially on 551.

THE SONAR BOAT HAS BEEN HERE 2 DAYS MAPPING OUT THE LAKE AND SEARCHING FOR LEAKS.

we've had several good days of rain here. the water has come up maybe 5/6 inches.

lots of bass fisherman out on the lake the last several days. they all say they are catching a lot of smaller bass. that's a good thing considering the lake was drained and the very long hard winter we had.
everyone I've talked to is catching and releasing anyway. maybe we can get this fishery back on track.

I haven't heard anything report wise. but I'm hearing chatter about redraining the lake. man, I hope not. we have turned into a punchline here.

we have a big ole brown pelican here at the lake. he sits on a perch about 70 yards from our dock. he has been there off and on for 2 days.i been here over 8 years. 1st pelican I ever saw at a fresh water lake anywhere. the lovely mrs. bait got a bunch of pictures of him. they are on my facebook page. she went out yesterday evening to toss some burgers on the grill. and saw it take off and circle around, and smash into the water from the air and came up with a big ole fish.
