Lows range from 3.47 to 3.69 depending on what part of Zanesville you are in.
Most places lowered their price 10 cents at 4 pm yesterday to 3.59.

On my way to work at 5 am the price in Buckeye Lake was 3.44
On my way home from the gym at 4 pm the price in Buckeye Lake was 3.76

OPEC says the outlook has improved as far as more oil being used even though all data says we in the USA are using less.
Watch for oil and the price at the pump to go up again today or tomorrow.
