transfer old roster from computer to ps3

Has anyone done this?

I am trying to get the real rosters from MLB THE SHOW 11,13 and 14 from my computer to my PS3.

I have them formatted correctly(according to the research I have done)on the external hard drive.
PS3/SAVEDATA/

I know I have to put something on my computer called,Bruteforce Save Data.

Anyone know what to do from there?

Wish I could help ya on that LCF, but I have no clue about the TV game stuff. Never was much into it. Played some a few times but didn't have much interest.
