Oak Hill Class Ring (1982) recovered in Morgan County

The Morgan County Sheriff's Office in McConnelsville just posted on facebook that a Class Ring from Oak Hill High School (1982), with the initials R.H. on the side, was in some recovered stolen property. The department is looking for the owner of the ring so they can return it.
