You're the one that spelled ridiculous wrong and you're trying to hack on my grammar! Put the crayons down and go back to class please, its pretty obvious the wonderful Vinton county edumacation isn't serving you very well!

Back to the game, Waverly has the speed and athleticism to slow down the Vikings strengths, the curse of the Convo gets them, Waverly by 2.

The two games that VC has lost this year, they had bad shooting nights. I would say, they were in the 30 percent range for both games. Add that they missed some free throws. My prediction is a close game if they shoot in the 30-40 percent range. 50 ish and VC wins by 10. Heading to the Convo in a few to watch the games tonight!! Basketball 30 is finally here. Love high school hoops!!

Travis Robertson. Like 8-9 years now. Does a really good job and has a great staff too.

The game starts at 7:00, so what time will the doors open?

In the loss against the Spartans I would bet VC shot 40-45%. They put up 70+ points against a defensive minded Alexander team. The Spartans just shot lights out that night. That being said, I would say VC wins this game by 15+.

Go TVC.

... I'm not sure any ONE person will be able to keep scoring & napkin stats on this one ! Waverly is the fastest track team/basketball team I've seen this season ... we'll see who can control the tempo in this one ... both teams will be taking it to the rim one from 94 feet, the other in the half court game ... this one will be fun to watch from all of the angles - does VC go with a small ball lineup ? or will VC slow things down to allow 6-8 Bryce Damron to be IN the game at both ends of the floor ... Waverly struggles when teams control the tempo and force them to "play basketball" ... if it is a track meet for 32 minutes the Tigers have a chance - and the only way that happens is if VC isn't scoring - VC scores they'll be able to set up defensively ... VC doesn't live or die by the 3 ball ... they get to the rim THAT in itself will keep their scoring % high for the game - which in effect slows the game down ... the Waverly pressure will not bother VC imo - too many guards for VC handling the ball ... I may have to put on track shoes just to keep napkin stats for this one ...

Vinton County vs Waverly Convo updates thread 3-4 7

Once again, I'll be providing live updates for tonight's games from the Roundhouse on Richland!
This game may be a track meet so I will probably struggle with stats but I'll do my best in that department. I'm sure Pfloyd will have all the important stats.

Who exactly is that? Alex? Because we avenged that loss.
