... pfloyd made it out to his first game tonight since Dec. 7th!!! went to the Alley to watch Logan beat Alexander 82-67 in OT ... great to get a little "Basketball Thirty" as Lou Horvath -"the legendary" Lou Horvath -does the announcing for AHS ... Lou's in great form - has me psyched to catch the 2nd half of the regular season AND the 3 Weeks of the Convo hosted by Lou Horvath ...

How do you lose by 15 in a 4 minute OT? Logan must have really turned it on.

Haven't seen any stats on the SVC games, but a quick rundown.

Piketon 47
Zane Trace 41

McClain 56
Unioto 52
Ugliest game I've ever seen. Literally every single thing that you could've imagined being a foul, was called. Tough game for either team to get into a rhythm as well.

Huntington 55
Southeastern 44

SE's Michael Brown scores 32 in a losing effort.

SVC Standings:
Piketon 9-0, 13-0
Unioto 7-2, 9-4
Paint Valley 5-3, 8-3
Huntington 5-5, 8-7
Southeastern 4-6, 6-8
Westfall 3-6, 5-8
Zane Trace 2-7, 3-10
Adena 2-8, 2-11

An update from the Northwest Territory....Logan Elm has a big first half and beats Amanda to go to 11-2....Fairfield Union holds Circleville to no points in the third quarter to win....and an outside score as Bloom-Carroll beat Teays Valley in overtime. B-C is 7-5 but has played a very grueling schedule, had no gym until about mid-January (practices and games were all away) but seem to be starting to come together. Very talented and dangerous team if they can put it all together. Logan Elm travels to Bloom-Carroll on Saturday for a big game.

dani c: sorry buddy, but it has been brought to my attention that the use of "UGLY GAME" is not politically correct, is doragatory, and strictly prohibited on SEOPS. You will now be punished for this horrible crime to the strictest letter of the law. You will now be bashed by teams that refuse to be called UGLY, and you must listen to the constant whining of why the term UGLY shall not be used.

;);0 ;) ;0
