Tough going in the Panther Pit...freshman missed 324 shots in the paint, JV couldn’t hit anything and varsity I think was 1-16 from 3 land

Varsity didn’t have great energy early and couldn’t buy a shot. Defensive players were taken from the game. First half was a debacle and trailed 30-24. Second half was as hard as I can remember a Jackson team play. Relentless havoc. Wallis, Donaldson, Donaldson were everywhere. Yates and Hammond joined in and had great effort and pressure. Broke MT’s spirit. Cooper Donaldson had 23 and probably 12+ rebounds. Wallis had 15 and continued his relentless play this season. He’s been incredible. Brice Graham got the start and gave good minutes all throughout the game.

Shoot 1-16 from 3 and win on the road....fortunate. Hopefully JV kids saw how when things aren’t going your way...play even harder. Varsity 3rd quarter put on a clinic of intensity and pressure.

3 female refs....young girl did a great job 👏👏👏, one older lady did a good job and other older lady really struggled all night long and no consistency.

So you think if WCH can stay out of foul trouble they should handle them fairly easily? How well does MT match up with WCH?

WCH just way more athletes...but if your team goes 0-10 from 3 in the first half and 2 main players out after a few min due to foul trouble...expect to be losing at half. MT has a big 6’6 and kid about 6’5 and another that’s a good 6’3...they clogged up some stuff. If you do what you do...you should beat them by 15+ but there are a lot of factors that go into who wins a high school basketball game.
