So many fans always call for the over the back. However, that foul does not exist. As an official, I wish more fans understood this.

I use to ref years ago and they would yell that and I would respond with "he can reach in all night it still not a foul."

I got tossed from my nieces Jr High game years ago for telling the kid ref you can reach but not touch... you know like touch aggressivly in a foul like way.
Lucky I just walked through the other door to the varsity girls game. I learned a lot on Reffing knowledge working the clock all those years.
