Monroe won like 58-32 and didn’t even have second best player. I’m going to watch them vs Martins Ferry on Saturday.

Is that 2nd best player (i think his name is Chance Allen) back for the 2 games vs. Martins Ferry? Was he injured or sick?

Wonder why Shenandoah the 10 seed jumped in with Monroe Central being the no 1 seed

I don’t understand. Why are the Noles playing the 10th seed while Hiland is playing the 16th seed? Does basketball seed teams differently from football?

In most districts, yes. You get to put yourself on the board based off of what seed you are.

The Zeps must have seen something that like in their matchup with MC. MC should probably take that personally, imo.

The first game they played ended 79-29. *scratching my head*

The Zeps ruined a possible MC v Beallsville matchup

I guess if the East District, would have done like the Southeast district does , which I don't like, the Southeast does there draw like the NCAA men's basketball where there automatically put on the board by there seed so it would have been 1 vs 16, but i like the way East District does it, coaches get to pick there spot, I think all districts should go that way

Shenandoah is pretty bad. Maybe they just wanted baseball season.

Apparently Shenandoah coach picked Monroe on accident. Meant to pick Steubenville Central Cath. They split with SCC and coach said 4 seed but they thought he meant 4th line. Shenandoah already beat SCC once.

Always get a laugh when coaches mess up their tournament draw. How can you screw up that badly? Should've put up more of a fuss.

For real. Stuff like this just shouldn't happen. The worst incident I can remember was the year East Liverpool's coach got lost on his way to the meeting. EL was the 4 seed and had to play a loaded John Glenn team in round 1.

I thought the Noles only had 2 regular season games left? Both with Martins Ferry.
When I read about OHSAA going to 7 divisions next school year that have to have MC coaches salivating (no Hiland) at the proposed breakdown.

I'm not sure how Hiland could be in d6 next season, when our boys count is only 94, but providing our CB numbers which I can't find
