I don't see it being much of a game.

Good news is, the big floor is going to wear down East's big man drastically.

Bad news is, Akia Brown can run with anybody and may have another 40+ game.

Anyone have some stats for Belpre? Who scores the most etc?

Belpre is very Athletic. Recently took trimble into 3 overtimes before losing. Quick guards, not very big from what I've been hearing. You just never know once it's a one and done situation. You just hope your game plan works and shots are falling

Nathan Mason is 6-4 or 6-5 for Belpre built more like a football player. Bedgood is the teams best player a very quick fast guard. Tavian Miller is a good player nice shooter. Belpre just isn't deep.

Should be an interesting match up of the bigs then , because East also has a big that IS a football player that is getting recruited by Duke and ohio state for football.

Also guard play should be fun to watch to with two fast quick guards in akia Brown and bedggood , akia is a very good shooting guard

Brown get some scoring help from other guards should help propel them to a win. Hope they have better showing on the big floor. Believe this an the other 3 district games will be competitive. 3 point shooting could be a factor. Brown get to the rim and create , then opens up uncontested 3 for other guards. Rooting for SOC 1.

I agree rosemount guy from here on out I'm all soc 1 and if east knocks down 6 3s between the 2 diaper dandies and Lowe I think we win handily but brown has to get some help this game from the guards

Talent wise, Belpre has as much as the other teams in the DIV district tournament ... and I'll just leave it at that.

I think most of the teams and their posters feel they have the talent to beat any of the teams in this district , to include both brackets. I believe it will come down to the teams that show/play that way. Will not be a surprise by any wins in the 4 games. Looks like the 4 TVC teams were competitive games as were the SOC games during the season ... and that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

If East starts out fast they win this game, if they come out sluggish they could be in trouble. Brown will need Lowe and Shope to hit some shots from outside to help spread the floor for Brown to work and to spread the defense for Scott down low.

I think coaching is gonna be a factor in this one.

If it comes down to coaching, hopefully some personal egos are left at home and the focus is on the boys and coaching. Just my opinion.

Good luck to Belpre and the other TVC teams.
