Here is the schedule for the Portsmouth Trojans at the KSA Holiday Tournament in Orlando, Florida, Dec.28-30. First round games are listed by pairings.

McKeel Academy Tech (FL)

Wareham HS (MASS)......10:15 AM
Berry HS (ALA)

If Portsmouth wins its first game, it will play the winner of the Harlan/Edgewood game Dec.29 at 10:15 AM; if it loses, it will play the loser of that game Dec.29 at 10:15 AM. Depending on who wins or loses, the Trojans will then play one more game vs. a team in the bottom two brackets Dec.30 at 1:45 PM. All games are to be played at ESPN's Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, FL.

The Trojans have posted a very good 5-1 record in two previous trips to the KSA event, finishing second and first in their bracket.

Hilliard, FL defeated Portsmouth 65-60 in first round of the KSA Holiday Classic in Orlando, FL. The Trojans were led by Reese Johnson with 16 points, followed by Gabe Gambill with 15. Good to see both Reese and Gabe step up offensively, and this could very well lead to more minutes for Gabe as a post player, something much needed for PHS. The Trojans are now 2-2 on the season.

hilliard is picked to win in Portsmouths bracket so this was a good test for the Trojans, Portsmouth lead a big portion of this game as there was many lead changes and was only down 1 point under a minute and had to foul. anyone wanting to listen to live updates you can go to trojanhoops.org and click on live updates and watch.
