Don’t think you will learn much from this game. Last year at oak hill I am not sure oak hill ran zero offensive sets. Gallia ran 1 play it was a post play to loveday they failed on executing the play like 6 times. Besides that both teams ran motion and oak hill put on a shooting clinic. My guess is this game will look very much the same.

Nobody wants to lose these Foundation games. It’s the same thing every year if you win you crow a little if you lose you say we didn’t want to show too much. Two really talented teams that can play and this could be a really fun and exciting game. Real good game to get both teams ready for the regular season.

This Foundation game always has the Varsity Girls playing 1st and then followed by the Boys Game. Been doing this for about 6 years.

They have a favorable schedule to get a decent amount of wins. They have to get that sectional win and get to the Convo with this talented group. Totally agree the talent is there

Gallia was 15-7 a year ago. This schedule should be more of a challenge then a year ago. But I agree a sectional win is important this year but this is the precursor to a even better year next year. And to be honest with you the younger teams are getting better and better.

This is real uptick for Gallia basketball. And it will last awhile. Maybe not quite of level of next 3 years but they are going in right direction...

I think 18 wins a district or regional appearance this year and even better next year. But they still need to improve the schedule...to really be ready.

Your on to something there . Playing quality people is what makes you better . Here is hoping they are working hard in practice, and realize the chance to be good is there . Looking forward to Tuesday night . Norm will have the oaks prepared , will Harrison have the blue ready ? We shall see.....

Hopefully in the near future Gallipolis will be invited to a in season tourney or holiday tournament. Would love to see them have one in Centanary. Keep winning and better things like that can happen.

Oak hill has a very nice team again this year. I wish them the best of luck all year hope they have a great season. For Gallia fans should not of been much here that surprised you. Like I said you would see nothing tonight.
I have no idea why blue Devils continue to play this game if they aren’t going to use it as a real tune up.

You will see a little more of the offense and defense at the preview. But I would not expect the starters to play at all. Or maybe play 2 or 3 minutes....

Oak Hill is Oak Hill . Players change , system stays the same . Well coached , in shape , never panicked. I think gallia showed grit to come back late . But Oak Hill was the better team . They need direction and leadership . Got to get in better shape , and find a system that works for them . They need a identity.

I thought Zach had a pretty nice game and Cory call as well I woukd like to see him take some more shots. Evan Wiseman was able to get to the basket just couldn’t finish tonight. If Peck is to help then he will have to play himself into a bit better shape. We did play good defense for the most part. Oak Hill will win a bunch of games the Darby kid will really help. Gallipolis giving up the three before half even though it was a bank shot and a basket under the bucket with two seconds in the third quarter can’t happen. These guys can play and they did fight back but couldn’t get the lead.
