It was a tie ball game after one at 15-15. Fairfield took control in the second quarter leading 39-32 after 2. The Tigers rallied to take the lead after three at 53-48 and continued to outscore the Lions 27-18 in the final frame to pull out the victory.

New Boston improves to 16-7 on the season while Fairfield ends their season at 12-11. The Tigers next play the South Webster Jeeps 9-15 at the Convo on Sunday, March 4th at 3:45. Congrats and Good Luck!

The game was tied after one at 12-12, Glenwood held the slim lead at the half 24-21. Early in the 3rd quarter the Tigers pushed their lead to ten at 33-23 and couldn't hold off the Jeeps as they rallied to tie the score at the end of three. SW outscored NB 14-7 in the final frame to take the victory.
New Boston ends their outstanding season at 16-8, while the Jeeps improved to 10-15. SW will now play the Hornets of Coal Grove 18-5 in the District final on 3/10 at noon. Congratulations to the Jeeps and Good Luck!

On the boys side of things, New Boston led the charge with four SOC I honorees as the Tigers’ Kade Conley and Kyle Sexton each obtained First-Team All-SOC accolades. Conley notched 21 points, eight rebounds, and six assists per bout, while Sexton collected 14 points, 12 rebounds, and two blocks in 2017-18. Tyler Caldwell, who averaged 16 points, six rebounds, and three assists in 2017-18, and Kyle McQuithy, who proved to be a proficient three-point marksman throughout the season, rounded out the honorees for New Boston
