The dragons of fairland come to Portsmouth, as we know the dragons are very loaded and have won 32 straight league games, with that being said I know our kids will play hard and I know out coaches believe in them.

Not saying we will be fairland,but law of average? Loll.

We have seen coach aery about three times in scioto county, trying to get a pebbles vs Trojan matchup,them were always a blast

... biggdowgg if I'm NOT mistaken didn't Portsmouth beat THIS group of Fairland players - might have been their freshman year ? I looked back in my napkin stats and found a 68-60 W over Fairland in 2014-15 ... would have been this group of Dragons freshmen season together on varsity ... Coach Speed & the Dragons might be going after some "payback" ! LOL ...

he has got enough "payback" ! we had them last year on their home court,but had a melt down in the 4th qtr. hope to see a great game,but honestly if we dont cut down on turnovers this could be very ugly.

I post the upcoming 4 games the day after or late night after the current 4 are played and keep league standings. Not a great deal of chatter on the thread as Oak Hill’s dominance has quelled much of the intrigue

Girls: Unioto at Southeastern! SE has a 33 game win streak in SVC play and features Ella Skeens who is closing in on the SVC record for points (2235). Both are unbeaten in league play and it went to OT the last time they played. Unioto starts 3 Sophs and a Junior.

Might be the only time all year I'll be passing on an excellent Boys slate for a girls game.

Portsmouth will have to bring their A game vs. Fairland to have any chance of winning. The Dragons, more than any team the Trojans will play this year, will make their opponent pay for turnovers and other mistakes. I hope our kids, before they come out of the locker room, remember the name on the front of their jersey and the tradition that goes with it.
