I say NY should just cancel, not only do they play Logan Tuesday, they play Miller the next day. Someone had a brain cramp.

This is terrible, especially considering how strong the rest of Logan's schedule is. Logan wins by 46.

With Logan's record last year no one would have thought they would be where they are at now.

NY and Logan imo will always play off and on. Backyards and pretty nice gates in both Basketball and Football, regardless of how good or bad both are doing.

Uh, I think most that know basketball knew that they were going to be loaded. Maybe not 17-2 loaded, but at least 14-16 regular season wins. Returned 4 starters from a pretty decent team. Kind of like next year they'll be pretty strong as well.

What is this? NY should be glad to play such a great team. Get their ass beat if thats in the cards, then learn from it. Then maybe talk to the Logan players, ask them how hard they worked in the offseason - come back next year and compete! NY is made up of underclassmen. Schedule them again!

Excited to head down to Logan tonight. Will be my first basketball game down there in some time. I know I was at the opener in Jim's Gym and I think I was back one other time, in fact, I know I was during the coaching search for Burke but can't even remember who Logan played that night. So that must have been the winter of 2013?

Anyway. I LOVE the Katie. Absolutely amazing gym that I will always have so many fond memories of. From basketball camps as a kid to cheering on the Chiefs and Lady Chiefs. Any chance to get back in there is good for me. Just hope to see Bo Myers knock down a three from on of the Chieftain heads!

It's also amazing that this is just the third meeting between NY and Logan since the 1999-2000 basketball season. From 1967-68, NY's first year as a school, Logan and NY played twice a year until that '99-'00 season. I think the one exception was the 1977-'78 season when the blizzard of '78 wrecked area hoop schedules and the second game was never made up.

So while it might be a mismatch this season, it's kind of cool to see the Buckeyes back on the schedule, even if its just for a year or two.
