Game does not have to be played if agreed between Waterford and Trimble to share the TVC championship. Also could be a double dip if both teams face each other in district final. Could just make it conference championship and district championship. I’m sure coach Simms and coach Caldwell are probably becoming more concerned with tournament and making it as far as they can and staying as healthy as they can. With high water and rain looking to continue through weekend and tournament starting for both next week will be interested when game will be made up and if the game is made up.

My guess is if not played by Monday it probably won’t be played. I can’t imagine these two teams playing back to back games or being to concerned with it once big tourney begins. May be wrong wouldn’t be first time I was, but wouldn’t be surprised either way

My last career game wasn't a tournament game, but a league makeup game after both teams were eliminated from the tournament.

i was always told that league games had to be made up even if they had no outcome of the standings

So what happens if it isn’t made up? Because even if you make both teams suffer a lose...same outcome they still win the league but Belpre would get a piece so 3 way tie at worse.

Ok so they still share and win tvc. Seems like no brained still hang another number on wall win your conference don’t risk injury to players and get ready to advance as far as you can in the tournament. Neither team can afford an injury at this time of year. I say we hope they make district final and settle it all right there for a both into regionals.

That situation is more murky, been told it may not be an option either. I've seen baseball/softball teams make tournament game a league game - but it came with protest later. It's my understanding a TVC bi-law now states that a league champion must complete it's schedule in it's entiridy. And if that's the case, and Trimble and Waterford choose not to play, neither would win the Hocking and Belpre would!
