I now don't blame the board or administrators at these schools. It's a terrible epidemic across the country. I now blame the public for voting in these clowns who are school board members at many schools schools ! Many are weak and incompetent ! These board members eventually hire these incompetent superintendents and WEAK administrators. Sorry so harsh, but WAKE up people, our kids are suffering '
