Eagles were led by Leist with 13 points, including the game winner. Big league win for Eastern.

Congratulations to Coach Barrick & the Eagles from Eastern Pike ... you did one of the most difficult things imo to do during a season - beating a "very good " team 3 times ! my hat goes off to you guys ... well played ... when teams play that many times in a season - there really isn't anything NEW that either team does/can do/will do it comes down to "execution" ... 15-1 ... 15 W's in a row - not to shabby no matter the league, the division ... well done !

Ha. I'll be honest, it didnt seem like a home game at times. Western fans traveled well and brought the volume. They were much louder then the home side through a lot of the game. The officials... dont know how to explain it. Let them beat the crap out of each other all game and then would call the slightest fouls. Definitely a weird game. They were the same for both sides. But this was a pretty physical game.

Congrats to the Eagles for pulling of the "threepeat" against a very good Western team. That is definitely not easy to do and to think that these two teams may even run into each other along the tourney trail.

Hats off to the Indians for putting up such a tremendous fight and Mr. Brewster tried putting the tribe on his back and will his team to victory, but came up just a little bit short. These sort of games is what makes high school basketball so special!
