I'm not sure how many are permitted on each team, but if it's 5 on each team I'd guess something like:

1st team:

Holden - Wheelersburg
Blevins - South Webster
Remington - Waverly
Darby - Oak Hill
Dalton - Minford (this may be a stretch)

2nd team:

Hammond - Oak Hill
Truitt - Wheelersburg
Bockway - South Webster
Salyers - Wheelersburg
Marquez - Waverly

Depending on where they finish in the league determines how many spots on each team they get. So, Northwest will have a 1st team representative, as will West, etc. But I am not sure on the exact numbers, so perhaps someone else can elaborate. This is just my top 10 players if it was based on that.

Offensive player of the year will be Holden

Defensive player of the year will be either Marquez, Remington, or Blevins

Coach of the year always goes to the winner of the league

Only thing I would change is replacing a burg player with Conner Mullins, he has been the #2 for the past 6 weeks with Truitt not producing as much. Mullins deserves some more credit for what he has done honestly.
And yes your correct about each team having to have a representative, also I think a team is allowed 2-3 players on first team.

POY - Tanner Holden
DPOY - Shiloah Blevins

Potential 1st and 2nd team candidates:
Wheelersburg - Tanner Holden, JJ Truitt, Connor Mullins, Trent Salyers
Oak Hill - Mason Darby, Chase Hammond
South Webster - Shiloah Blevins, Brayden Bockway, Tanner Voiers
Waverly - Trey Robertson, Cody Remington, Cobe Marquez, Easton Wolf(?)
Minford - Kelton Kelly, Cameron Dalton
Valley - Tanner Cunningham, Andrew Shope
West - Dylan Bradford, Jesse Johnson
Northwest - ? Billy Crabtree

Don't they do like 10 1st teamers and 10 2nd teamers?
If it were me, a biased Burg fan, my 1st and 2nd teams would be divided like this:
1st Team:
Connor Mullins (Burg)
Mason Darby (Oak Hill)
Tanner Holden (Burg)
Shiloah Blevins (SW)
Chase Hammond (Oak Hill)
Brayden Bockway (SW)
Trey Robertson (Waverly)
Cobe Marquez (Waverly)
JJ Truitt (Burg) - I don't think Burg can have 3 first teamers but they are deserving of 3.
Billy Crabtree (NW)
Dylan Bradford (West)
Andrew Shope (Valley)
Kelton Kelly - (Minford)

2nd Team:
Jesse Johnson (West)
Trent Salyers (Burg)
Cody Remington (Waverly)
Easton Wolf (Waverly)
Tanner Cunningham (Valley)
Tanner Voiers (SW)
Cameron Dalton (Minford)
Don't know anybody from Northwest or Oak Hill who would be 2nd team, so provide some names.

Conner Mullins should be the second highest Burg player on the list. Shot the ball very well this year and very consistent on both offense and defense.

POY - Holden
DPOY - Remington

Neither should be close. One on the 1st place team, the other on the 2nd place team.

I dont’ know how the SOC works or how many the 2nd place team gets (Waverly) but I would place Waverly’s in this order, giving love to the Seniors.
1-2 Remington and Marquez (1st team)
3-4 Wolfe and Dunn (2nd team)
5th would be Robertson
