Oak Hill held Carrico to 4 and Wilson 0 and still got routed. Wow. Congrats Ironton on making it to the convo!

I’ve never had any cell issues at Jackson. I can maybe get you the wifi
Maybe we can get that for the future? I have no issue in Jackson, but in the gym, we have service, just not much. May be a Verizon area than att though.

Ironton is a really good defensive team.

Even though Oak Hill didn't have as many turnovers against the press as I thought they would, they seemed to be in complete disarray in there half court offense. Oak Hill had open shots at some points of the game, just couldn't make a shot. Make no mistake, Irontons defense caused Oak Hill problems throughout the game. Simply put, Ironton is a better all around team than OH.

How many turnovers in this one for Oak Hill ? I have felt all season that Oak Hill would have difficulty handling a team that can pressure the ball on the perimeter ie a Waverly ... the Oaks are missing a PG ... Darby as good as he is IS NOT a PG ... Congratulations to the Tigers of Coach LaFon & Co. ! take that Golden Ticket and I'll see you at the Convo & Basketball Thirty !

One OVC team is headed to the Convo. Interesting to see who else can make the trip up Richland Avenue.

I don't have the stats, and I'm not saying that there were not turnovers. Ironton just outplayed OH, on offense and defense. when OH did shoot the ball, they couldn't have thrown the ball in the ocean. OH hit the first shot of the game, the next 31 1/2 min was about as bad a display of basketball as I can remember seeing an OH team play. OH played hard, but tonight just wasn't there night. I think it's safe to say, that Ironton had a lot to do with that.
