Meigs has a couple athletes and a scorer in Baer.... I think they’ll keep it fairly close the first half before Burg ends up winning by 15-20

That was what I was thinking as well.

Meigs has to play 4 quarters of non-flat heads up basketball to have a chance

Weston Baer may get his points, but overall I'm not sure that Meigs has enough talent to be able to compete with the Burg. If they put Holden down low, from what I've seen he will have a field day. Being that the Burg hasn't played in a few days, it might be close early on, then the Burg will pull away. I may be completely wrong and it may be a good ballgame, I really hope that it is.

He left early in the 3rd. He drove the lane and seemed to take a weird step/landing and maybe something with his hip. He tried to come back in but couldn’t. Sure hope he’s ok and can go.

Does Meigs have any size? I seen some pics of the team from the south point game and Meigs looks to have some size but couldn't tell about height ? But they do look like they could be a very physical team. IMO I think Burg will run the guts out of Meigs and by the 2nd half they will be gasping but I haven't seen Meigs play . I have seen Burg play almost every game and Burg puts up a lot of points in spurts and I just don't think Meigs will be able to keep up I hope I'm right! Can't wait til tomorrow to head to Jackson and probably will stay for the Oak Hill game also that should be a good one

I think he's mayby only a Freshman, you probably know for sure. I must have missed him getting hurt. He certainly looks the part of an outstanding ball player. I was probably watching W. Baer, he had an outstanding 1st half, I think 17 pts, but struggled to get back in the grove in the 2nd half.

Yeah he's a freshman and starting QB this year. Has a chance to be one of the better athletes to play at Meigs

Yeah Cleland, along with Bartrum are big strong freshman...physically like juniors IMO. Really good athletes that won’t back down from Burg. Meigs is a decided underdog but they are a tough group that will compete. Staying within 15 will be impressive and that’s not a slight on Meigs at all
