Warren vs. Vinton County 2/22

Can’t really give much of an insight into this game as I’ve only managed to see Warren a few times this year but interested to hear what kind of team VC has and how this matchup might play out, thoughts?

VC is a scrappy team that plays solid defense. Not a ton of scoring options. They've beat Athens, but also lost to a 3 win Miami Trace, so you just don't know what team you are getting on any given night.

That being said... I've had a weird feeling all week that VC is going to pull off the upset.

Agree with what you've said about Vinton County, being a scrappy team and playing solid defense. I'm sure Coach Combs will have his team as prepared as they can possibly be, I just don't think the overall talent is there this year to be able to beat a pretty good Warren team. Having said that, upsets will happen this weekend, and you just never know.

This is what I’ve been waiting on to go at it with Barlow bandit! 2 great coaches, 2 great programs should make for 1 great game, vinton county is playing some solid ball coming into the tournament! If vinton county wins it’s gonna be tight!
