I was not impressed with New Boston at all. Trimble is way to quick and very disciplined. Trimble with the win by 4.

New Boston by 20+
I think NB will pull away to a double digit win but not without a fight...Very disrespectful comment toward a respected and tradition rich program who has earned there spot to be where they are just like the other schools this time of year....But that is your opinion and your entitled. But the Tomcats will be back regardless...with plenty of "chances" in the future....
Trimble has solid and strong athletes. They’ve had great runs across the sports the past several years. Howie is a great coach and gets great results from his players and works the officials as good as anyone. I know Trimble kids will play hard and I know Howie will give them the best chance to win.

I simply think it’s a terrible match for Trimble and New Boston will dominate. This is meant as more of a compliment to New Boston and not a slight to Trimble. I apologize to those that take it that way.

New Boston 62
Trimble 42

New Boston to regionals this year and are two big transfers from being at state next year. Good Luck
Well lets see we have a TVC Championship in Football and Basketball this year and we won our sectional beat Peebles for the first district play I would say Trimble has a huge chance to PREVAIL!!!

Trimble beat Peebles who had one player that would get on the court at New Boston
Dissin' other players. Maybe Peebles players wouldn't want to play there since they are all from Peebles. That's the reason alot of people have trouble rooting for NB. I like the players and NB has a good team ,but some things are hard to get over.
Yea I agree there are somethings that have and from what I’ve heard are still going down that have put a bad taste in a lot of people’s mouths when it comes to New Boston.

With that being said this being the first district title game appearance for New Boston in 30 some years I believe and trying to win their first district title in almost 60 years the pressure is something that can’t be overlooked. Trimble is a program that district championship games are something that are almost a yearly occurrence. I think this game will be a lot closer than some think and there’s no reason to think Trimble can’t come out on top in this matchup.

Interesting .

Trimble does have a chance. Dude obviously wasn’t present yesterday

Where did Ed Ott mention any player by name ? He said no player from Peebles would see the floor at New Boston. Where did he even say anything
about any player from New Boston ? Mayby Point blank can point that out to me, and then I can say I was wrong.

Trimble is not big at all. Not sure they play a kid that's legitimately over 6'0". But they are physically strong and play very physical.
In that case,
New Boston 60
Trimble 48
Agreed.New Boston will take the three point dub today vs Howie. New Boston 60-57. Good game to finish the season for the Tomcats

Doors generally open an hour before game time.

But 5:15 is a weird time for doors to open.

No earlier than 5.

Good luck to New Boston tonight.

This is a nice story... small town — last District Title was 1960. Pfloyd is from there! What else do you need?

Ask Alexander about the size they had a guy 6'8 or 10 and we beat them. Size does not matter we have been up against some pretty big boys and came out on top... These boys are quick....

I think Trimble’s kids being in this type of situation before will be a big factor. I think all the pressure is on New Boston.

Trimble 59
New Boston 52
