This should be a dandy. Both teams on double digit winning streaks and playing good ball right now.

A great game. Sheridan has a ton of length and size that might bother Waverly. Robertson is so, so talented. This will be an absolute battle and a fun game to watch.

Sheridan is the enigma of this district in D2....they are as hot as anyone...maybe couldve been the 2 seed, maybe the 6...most of us aren’t really sure. They will be game. Sill upset I imagine from. Last year’s early exit and they will bring it. I will continue to say.....Robertson is so tough to adjust to him and what his teammates do together. Waverly being at home might be the difference.

The two hottest teams...should be a battle.

I feel like Sheridan and Waverly have matched up in the districts so many times in recent years. One that sticks out was that incredible 17+?? point comeback from Waverly in 2018.

The 30 point win by Sheridan the next year sticks out more to me, but I’m a Sheridan fan. 2 different teams this year.

If Robertson doesn’t get 25+. I like Sheridan. They’re a nasty bunch in a good way.

Just curious why Jackson doesn’t man up and play Sheridan in football or basketball? Seems like it would be a good challenge

Play Burg, Ironton and Licking Valley...plus league games. Sheridan would be great too.

I’ll pm you our AD’s number, just ask him.

Man this one is a tough pick for sure, Sheridan always has the size it seems like. I do worry about Waverly not being very deep in the bench area should couple of the bigs get into foul trouble. Both teams are absolutely red hot both offensively and defensively with that I'm just going with the home Waverly by 3.

Hope first time they meet up is in a Regional Championship the second week in November. Make no mistake about it. Jackson will play anyone anytime anyplace.

Definitely one heckuva of game for a semi final district tourney game. Waverly will not be easy to beat at home. But if there’s a team to go in and win at Waverly. It’s the generals.

With the exception of the Wheelersburg game AT Waverly the Tigers have played well in BIG games - against good to great opponents. First game back from 3 weeks off they travel to Fairfield Union and win. Heath at home double overtime loss with chances to win. Big win on the road at Columbus Bishop Ready. Big overtime win at 1 loss Wheelersburg. Win over Jackson at home. Big double digit win over a very good Hillsboro squad right before the Sectional Championship game.

I believe the Tigers will be rested (much needed) and ready for this game. Playing 7 to possibly 8 will be enough to keep guys fresh. Most of these guys are able to go at lengths without a break so the only issue would be foul trouble. Cannot afford a crew that is calling ticky tack fouls.

that 2017 game the at convo was incredible, Waverly fought tooth and nail to comeback to win. Hoping the tigers can win I think they should.
