With everyone home like my team on the Hill who’s going to run the league next year?

Everyone loses a ton but Ironton and I heard they had a couple studs coming in.

My early pics

1 Ironton lose 1 senior who played
2 Chesapeake have Kazee back
3 Fairland great coaching
4 SP lose everyone but decent JV
5 GA
6 RH
7 Hornets
8 Portsmouth . First class coach but no talent at all

I would be very surprised if Terry is in Ironton and not South Bend next winter. Hope I’m wrong.

Should be Chesapeake and Ironton next year as the top two

Portsmouth will return Malachi Loper as their lone returning starter. Other than that the only kids who got meaningful minutes off the bench were Luke Stine & Leelind Scurlock, and those minutes at the varsity level were scarce. The JV team didn’t have a great season unfortunately, but a lot of those kids will have to grow up fast because they’ll see varsity minutes. Of course you don’t know if anyone will transfer in, come out for basketball after taking time off, or if any incoming freshmen will have an impact. I’m unsure how the Portsmouth 8th grade team was, but If there’s a really good player this is the time to become a 4 year varsity player. Coach might have his work cut out for him, but if anyone can get the most out of the young guys I think Jeff is the guy to do so. This summer will be interesting for sure. Next years schedule is supposed to look quite a bit different as well.

Exactly. Terry is a footballer. He will be in South Bend in my opinion. He's a competitor and wants to play there

With Terry gone that hurts Ironton's chances big time

I'm not optimistic at all about the Trojans in the OVC next season. 4 of 5 starters gone which accounted for about 45-55 points. DeAndre Berry is a huge loss. JV went 5-14. PHS will have trouble offensively, but Malachi Loper will pass 1,000 points. Hopefully Coach Lisath will get his kids to D up hard.

Ironton will be good without Terry. We have a strong bench.

Panthers and Tigers then everyone else.

What bout the super freshman Kazee and Layne?

Going to be some fun battles between them two. OVC future is bright.

Fairland will be in the lower half of the conference , they lose quite a bunch. I say Chesapeake , Ironton then everyone else.

The Expert believes that Peake will win the OVC, and Ironton will be in 2nd because Barnes is the Coach. The weight room upgrade at the Academy will be a good addition as it will only help the softness that some teachers' kids have. Rock Hill will follow the Blue Devils to the finish line.
