Pfloyd the dragons won tonight in O.T. by 10 75-65 over the 3rd ranked team in WV. They were down by 17 in the first half and cut it to 10 at the half. As I went to the bathroom at halftime I could hear our coaches threw the walls yelling at the boys and it worked as the boys came out and played with heart and desire. They were down by 7 going into the 4th qt. They stole the ball with about 4 sec. left as Jon Baise hit his biggest shot as a dragon to tie it up. The dragons were homered all night long but they came out the second half and played their tails off. The crowd was even into the game. One of the most exciting games I have ever witnessed. Hopefully this will get us rolling as we face Coal Grove and South Point next week.

Hey pfloyd -- Wouldn't want to be ya, nor would I want to be in your top 8 elite. Jinks, your #4 Chilli can't hold a 23 point lead at home and lose, and your #5 Portsmouth at home loses to Warren, all in one nite. We like being under the radar, it's safer. Can't wait to read your post come Sunday evening. Once again, it will be interesting and difficult. Good Luck.

Logan Elm has a very tough game today against 13-0 Westerville South. Should be interesting and exciting being at the Schott. The Braves cut down the turnovers in the second half and took care of business against Canal. Blake, Hauserman, Pritchard and Whaley were all solid.

As for all these games, if we can avoid any more cancellations then this is the last back-to-back the Braves will have.

ovc fan wrote:Yes, Chesapeake was moved into the big boys bracket. Probly cause they won the small bracket about every year. lol. They beat Cabell Midland (AAA School that had a 7-3 record now 7-4 I believe). Next on the list for them is Spring Valley whom I believe they can hang with. Fairland and St Joe will be an interesting game to watch. I believe Fairland will win. But who knows.

Just for the record Fairland won 2 of last 3 SJI with Chesapeake in same bracket. Fairland won hard fought game against ST Joe last night to make 3 of last 4 SJI champs! Good Luck to the Panthers tonight hoping OVC claims both brackets in the tourney!

South went to 14-0 and LE to 11-2. This is a game that makes you better for the Braves, seeing a very nice city school.

Peebles Varsity over South Point 62-58, Peebles has now won the 3 season series with the boys from the point. Andrew Seaman is my player of the game. Peebles JV over South Point JV by about 10, Jacob Daniels the leading scorer with 16. South Point is a very big and talented team, they should be a contender to go deep in the tourny. ;-)

Went to the Symmes Valley Coal Grove game tonight and the Vikings won by 16 63-47. Chris Tibbs went off tonight scoring 34 he has the best fall the way jumper I've seen in high school.
