Good call.

Who has Valley lost to? I know they have big wins vs Minford and Oak Hill.

Valley lost @ South Point (64-73 in the first game of the year), @Wheelersburg 41-55, @Waverly 58-66

Valley defeated:

Grandview Heights 62-59
Western Latham 94-62
Northwest 59-37
P. West 80-51
Huntington R. 61-54
Clay 67-51
Oak Hill 65-55
S. Webster 72-67

So Valley's losses were early and all on the road.

Beat Oak Hill by 10 then only beat SW by 5?

Lost by 11 to South Point.

A tough team to predict and obviously very dangerous.

The next week is critical for Valley as they could be anywhere from a #3 seed to a #9 seed

PFloyd what about the Buckeyes of NY at 6-6. They have beaten Athens, Trimble, and played very well recentely in close losses to Belpre and Vin. Co. after leading late in the 2nd half. Can that at least get the Buckeyes to the end of the table?

The Indians are just hitting their stride, and starting to hit on all cylinders. The Yates kid(freshman) has really shown his ability to be effective at the Varsity level. Right now the Indians have 4 guys averaging double figures so anyone can go off on any given night, and that can make them very dangerous. Treg Cunningham has really controlled the point this year for the indians, and is the motor who keeps this team moving at a fast pace. Utley, and Arbaugh both like to penetrate from the wings, and hit the other for open 3's both capable of putting a hurting on you on any night. I can see the Indians getting a 3seed come tourny time>>>

I see a couple of threads started to post the postponed games for tonight - I'm going to guess the entire menu will be wiped out BUT just incase ... are there ANY games still on for tonight ???

Logan @ Zanesville has been rescheduled for Saturday Feb. 7th ...

pfloyd, I too enjoy your commentary about each team. No game scheduled for the Streaks tonight, they play Paint Valley at home on Friday.

Pfloyd my wife read where you called me a gentlemen and said are you sure he has seen you at a ballgame? She is such a smarta$$ but seriously it takes somebody with a lot of love for the game to compile all those "napkin stats" so keep up the good work. But I still think you are a homer for not putting my dragons ahead of your chieftians. I mean come on we did beat the north leading tigers of Marietta. When the dragons play up to their potential they can play with anybody. This year I do not think there is any team in SE Ohio that is a lock to go to regionals like there has been recently. I can't wait for districts up at the Convo should be some very good games. I just hope my dragons make it 4 in a row.

Also on tap for Friday......Eastern Pike will try to avenge there only league loss to a Symmes Valley team that beat them in OT back in early December.Eastern has won 6 in a row and SV has been struggling of late but they have a player in Kris Tibbs that can flat out play.I'm sure the Eagles will be wanting revenge come Friday night.
