... futurebkstar ... the SG boyz have really turned things around ... as you've pointed out throughout the season the Rebels are youngsters that are continuing to improve and learn the game ... does SG have makeup games to play yet? or more regularly scheduled games ? looking to see if the Rebel youngsters can get to or surpass the .500 mark on the season ...

Dundas ... the Jackson vs VC clash tomorrow night should be a good one! ... I'm going to try to make a day of hoops tomorrow taking in the Logan vs Chillicothe game here in Logan ( a 12:30/1pm start) ... heading for Fairfield Union to catch FU vs Logan Elm (start time at around 2:45) ... then heading down Rt 93 to see VC vs Jackson ... a good day of hoops in my book ...

Yes we have 3 more. We play Symmes Valley, New Boston, and Buffalo. We are really young and not very much varsity experience on the team until this season. We look very promising for the future!! I hope we can get to .500 after starting out 1-6.

Logan had 14 points in his last game. My wife is pregnant again and is due in another month. We have our third boy coming!!!! God is great!!!

The Redstreaks with a 65-53 victory tonight over Unioto at "The Oven" in the quaint Village we know as PIKETON!!! Streaks move to 13-6 on the season and finish up tomorrow night at Adena. The streaks will finish in 2nd place this season in the SVC now that Zane Trace finished their league season tonight with a win vs. Huntington. Congrats to ZT; I am very proud of our Redstreaks, though, enduring a lot of adversity all season long, playing very tough non-league schedule, and still having a great season. With a win tomorrow night, the Streaks will finish 12-2 in conference play (same record as last season)...Streaks, celebrating Senior Night tonight, saw 4 players end up in double figures......

logan elm played a good game, especially on defense. i still think they can play better, especially on offense. get out of these string of games and get some practices and that'll help a lot.

Ole Bobcat. Peake is already in the sectional final and will more than likely play South Point again. Peake gets a bye the first round with a 3rd seed. They wont meet Oak Hill til later down the road if that were to ever happen.

but if it were to happen, WOW. Most of us have seen Norm in a nervous wreck but this one would like no other. And to see Oak Hill's and Chesepeake's wild crowds going head to head. I would love to see this matchup. I've studied the brackets and, if both teams win out, they would meet just before going to state. It would be a Norm-rific atmosphere in the convo!

Congratulations to the Zane Trace boys for being SVC Champs. It is well deserved. Also, congratulations to our seniors......Kirk Maxwell, Gabe Haynes, Drew Davis, Derek Cochenour, Dallas Cochenour, Rick Chamberlin and Brandon Swepston. We are all proud of you!!! Good luck in the tournaments.

fairfield union led for over three quarters of the game and played very well. they create some matchup problems for logan elm and attacked the boards hard.

hauserman led logan elm again and had a nifty sky hook in the closing minutes. blake had a nice fourth period.
