McClain 50
Unioto 45

McClain shoots 8-12 from 3 and Unioto shoots 9-23 from the line. Kinda the story of the game right there. Both teams played really hard, McClain just gutted it out in the end.

from the MSL....

Circleville dropped a 43-28 contest to Bloom Carroll....gave the Bulldogs all they wanted for about 2 1/2 quarters....halftime score was 15-11 in favor of Bloom....first time Bloom Carroll has been held below 60 pts all season....Circleville now stands at 6-6 overall, 3-4 in the MSL

Logan Elm split two games over the weekend, defeating Amanda 49-36 last night and falling to Eastern Brown today in action at Chesapeake. Logan Elm is now 8-4 overall and 5-2 in the MSL

Fairfield Union dropped a close contest to Canal Winchester by a final of 46-43. The Falcons are now 4-7 overall and 2-5 in the MSL.

As far as Im concerned their last nine wins have all been against good competition. Georgetown is tough, Western Brown is a D1 school (they actually played some other D1 schools early-reason their record is so poor), Logan Elm, Fairfield, Whiteoak, NA, Peebles, Fayetteville, and Huntington are all around %500 or above.

Logan Elm is not playing good basketball right now and needs to figure things out quick. This team should be getting better @ this point in the season instead of getting worse. Big week this week with 3 games on the road and let's see how they deal with adversity.

Miami Trace got beat pretty bad last Friday at Clinton Massie. Massie won the state in football, I guess they are starting to think they can win at everything. Washington CH is playing well and well enough at times, they have won 9 in a row.
