This years Macker will be held July 26 and 27th.

We had 229 teams last year and it was a great event. This year should be no different.

How about free parking this year? I drove down from Zanesville and was frustrated just trying to find a parking spot! I finally found a field to park in, pulled into the field, and then was told it'd be $5 to park there! I ended up parking at McDonald's for the entire day.

While we can't control who charges and does not charge for parking, I have not heard anyone charging this year. As with all cities that host Gus Macker, Parking is a premium. If you choose to pay to park let me assure you that in no way is it affiliated with The Gus MAcker Committee. There is parking on the side streets, but again parking is limited. If you don't mind walking, there is parking at the City Park. It is about three blocks from the site.

Nope, don't mind walking at all, I'll keep an eye for City Park this year. If I were a business, I'd charge too.

Zanesville's parking is pretty good, I've never had issues finding a spot, the big parking lot at Secrest Auditorum really helps out.

when you come into Nelsonville Look for McDonalds and Stoltz Drug on route 33 left if you are coming from athens and of course its a right turn from Lancaster turn there at the light beside the car lot follow the road over the railroad bed there is where the park is... watkins street is the name of the street you need

The NY Athletic Boosters will also be having a Cornhole Tournament on the Square.

Lots of great food and entertainment.

An inflatable playground on the square for the young kids.

3 point, free throw and Slam dunk competition.

Lots of sponsors on the square promoting SE Ohio.

And LOTS MORE TRASH CANS!!!!!!!!!!!!
