Final in D1:

Newark 100
Hamilton Township 9

How about this one

Final D2

Bishop Hartley 105
Marion Franklin 7 :o
Even Crazier!!
These kind of scores happen every year during the early rounds of the tournament, especially in the bigger districts where there's a huge talent gap between the top and bottom teams. Also, every year, all the people that think everyone should get trophy starts complaining that it's not fair for a team to beat another team that bad even though i'm pretty sure the coaches pulled their starters at halftime.

Congratulations to the Notre Dame Lady Titans! They won their District Semi Final game tonight 48-30 over the Lady Lancers from Federal Hocking. Next up for ND is the Eagles of Eastern Meigs who beat New Boston tonight 67-45. Good Luck ND in the District Final!

Congratulations to the New Boston Glenwood Lady Tigers on your excellent season! You return all starters, so good things are in store for you next year. The Tiger faithful are proud of your accomplishments this season!

There's not a whole lot you can do about those types of scores, I am definitely not one of those "trophy for all" people. I mean, what are you supposed to do besides put your JV players in.

I'm not either but in a sport where there is no shot clock, I'm sure there was plenty of ways to keep it respectable. I'm not saying that they stop running their offense or be aggressive on defense but no way that should happen.

Meigs is tough! New Boston has a great team too. Meigs is just strong and solid. Both teams played hard!

New Boston is a GOOD team. One of the better teams Eastern has played this year. I see that Notre dame beat them twice this year. We're the games competitive?

The scores were 50-45 and 53-41. Both were very competitive games! Good Luck!

Eastern Meigs/Reedsville are playing their best basketball of the year right now. They are finally feeding the post to go with their outstanding perimeter play! Their center is averaging a double double the last 3 games as is their senior star player!

Meigs is impressive. If they bring their A game, they will be hard to beat. ND will give them a good run. Meigs has a solid paint and perimeter game.
