Chesapeake 49/Portsmouth 39. Nice way to start the season though a little sloppy taking care of the ball at times. Getting everyone healthy will be really big for Peake and they can be a force to reckon with. Inside girls need to be more dominate on offense and finish shots.Ruffner was obviously missed but it's more important now to get her healed. The other injuries are coming along but it takes time. They played pretty well together which was a good sign .The starters are going to have to cut down on the touch fouls.Overall a good win for Coach Ball.

Good win for the Peake. What happened to Ruffner? Peake will be the closest game the Pointers will have in the OVC but Pointers will still win.

Ruffner is recovering from surgery and could be back sometime this week if she's cleared to play.
