The Lady Tigers led at all stops, 19-14 after one, 30-21 at the half, 49-38 after three, and the final 63-5.
New Boston improves to 19-4, while Miller finishes their season at 13-10.
NB next plays Thursday 3/1 at Jackson High School at 6:15 in the District Final vs the Waterford Lady Wildcats who are 22-1 and #1 in the state in the latest Division IV AP poll. New Boston finished the regular season ranked #13 in the same poll.

New Boston ended their season at the hands of the Waterford Lady Wildcats. The Lady Tigers finish at 19-5 on the season and as District Runnerup. Waterford 23-1 moves on to the Regional Semi-Final to face the winner of Notre Dame and Peebles.
The Lady Wildcats led the entire game at 18-2 after one, 28-11 at the half, 47-16 after three and the final 55-22.

The Lady Tigers, who finished right behind the Lady Titans with a 12-2 overall mark in conference play, put star point guard Mariah Buckley (19 points, four rebounds, 3.5 assists, and three steals) and Ali Hamilton (16 points, nine rebounds, four assists, and 2.5 steals) on the first team. New Boston rounded out the excellent year by putting Peyton Helphinstine (10 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals) and Kaylee Stone (11 points, six rebounds, five steals) on the second team unit. Stone’s efforts allowed the senior to share Co-Defensive Player of the Year honors with Dettwiller
