CongratsNotre Dame from Peebles on a good season. Any time you get to the Regionals it's a successful season. It hurts now ,but; will be cherished later. Good luck to Waterford the rest of the way. Represent .

Waterford wins by 19. Shooting wasn’t there for the cats tonight but the defense was, good luck Saturday ladies.

Congrats to ND on a great season. Great girls and great fans. Waterford, defensively, is on another level and typically holds teams to half of their normal scoring average. Tremendous defensive rotations. An off-night shooting but defense wins the big ones. Kudos to the Duff at PG who handled the pressure and Lang off the bench with a key first half three and very good defense. To win it all takes a whole team and the Lady Cats have what it takes.
Congrats to both teams for supporting their schools. Packed house tonight and heard they turned away people at the door.

From a 6-6 tie, a 28-5 run, started by the Lang trey, put the game out of reach for the undefeated underdog.

Im not saying that ND would have won the game but when their freshman guard got injured in the first quarter you could tell it effected the team in psychological way. That girl can play. It took ND a while to regroup but late in the 3rd into the 4th they got back mentally and were able to cut the margin to 10 or so. Would have love to have seen what ND had for them with their full team but we will never know. Congrats to ND on special season and good luck to Waterford going forward.

Anyone know much about next opponent. Up to now Waterford has had there way, even being off some last nite. what ifs. I look for stiffer teams here on out but got confidence Waterford can win the Big Dance. Good Luck to them and work hard to straighten the little things up, lots of mistakes and sloppy passes last nite but those things will straighten up against more stout teams.

Actually, it looks like Fairfield Christian came back and won that game.

No.3 for ND , is a very good player and I thought the most important player for ND on floor. She seemed to be a calm, smart player , seemed to play under control don’t think she even started but as a senior she Made some very nice plays and passes and big girl underneath was a fairly solid player. Good luck to them . Fairfield Christian will be a tough team and Waterford have to clean up there passes and shoot better.
