Miami Trace might finish 5th, but I can’t see them being better than McClain or Hillsboro.

Chillicothe will win it, Jackson will be 2nd, Washington 3rd.

WASHINGTON CH SHOULD WIN THIS CONFERENCE, ROLLING OFF THERE SEASON LAST YEAR AND BASICALLY RETURN EVERYONE. HAITHCOCK HAD A GOOD SUMMER COMMITTED TO SOUTHERN INDIANA (HIGH LEVEL D2) SO SHE CAN JUST PLAY WITH NO WORRIES. SHAWNA CONGER HAD VERY GOOD SUMMER ALSO, STROKING THE BASKETBALL. RAYANA BURNS RETURNS TO RUN THE POINT, GOES FROM END TO END QUICK WITH THE BALL..

MIAMI TRACE I SAY GETS 2ND, THEY LOST TWO STUDS BUT STILL HAVE SHAYNA MCDONALD AND THE PG WHO IS QUICK AND GETS HER HANDS ON ALOT OF LOOSE BASKETBALLS FOR EXTRA POSSESSIONS. THEY ALSO HAVE KIDS THAT CAN MAKE SHOTS.

REST IS UP FOR GRABS, MCCLAIN IS STILL YOUNG BUT LAST YEARS EXPERIENCE WILL HELP. WE WILL SEE IN A FEW WEEKS.

The Washington Lady Lions are reloaded and ready to claim their first ever FAC championship. They have the most talented roster in the league, and return their top 8 players from a 22-4 campaign last season. I'm assuming their starting five will be:

Jr Rayana Burns 5'9", She will run the point again for the Lady Lions. Rayana is a phenomenal athlete, Placing third in the high jump and the 400m dash just a few months ago as a sophomore. She is very quick and aggressive on the floor, a true slashing PG. I'm expecting a first team all-district season for her.

Sr Breanna Taylor 5'6", Bre is a very scrappy defender, and strokes the ball very well from beyond the arc. She can go off for 20+ pts on any given night, as she sporadically did a season ago. She is a year round basketball player.

Jr Shawna Conger 5'8", Shawna had a great offseason. Her weakness last year was her speed and defensive ability, she chose to run cross country this fall and I believe it will help her tremendously on the Hardwood this year. She might be the most deadly shooter in the FAC, she can pull up from anywhere. She should be a first team all-district recipient as well.

Sr Hannah Haithcock 6'1", Hannah is the best player in the FAC in my opinion. She signed this fall with Southern Indiana, a high level D2 program, which is great because now she can focus completely on her senior season with her teamates. Hannah is an inside-out post player who can defend as well. She draws double/triple teams on a nightly basis. She should finish as POY in the FAC on her way to all-district/all-state honors.

The fifth spot is up in the air and will probably change on a game-to-game basis. The two that will likely alternate in this spot are Seniors Tabby Woods and Kassidy Hines. They're both of similar skill level. Neither are great scorers but they both play great defense and are true team players. Junior Halli Wall will come off of the bench and usually provides instant offense for the lady lions. Senior Maddy Jenkins will come off the bench to give Haithcock a break as well. It should be an exciting season on the hardwood!

Watched Court House Saturday, if their role players play the way they did Saturday they will be tough again, and have a good shot to win it.
Consistency from other players will be key for Court house IMO.

Miami Trace you can't rule out cause they will defend and will aggressive and physical. Those two will battle it out for top spot again.

McClain will be better and looks to continue to improve on last year, they are young,

Rayana Burns has started finishing on her drives which is a plus, still fast with the ball. like to see her develop a pull up jumper
Conger looks like she bout to take off, didnt shoot the ball well but that happens did alot of other things well. like to see her attack the rim a little more when the shot isnt falling
Haithcock is just consistent as always. like to see a lttle more aggressive in the lane.
But they look like they will be battling for the 'ship with Trace.
