Notre Dame, Lynchburg-Clay and Vinton County

Last three perfect teams.

Who goes the longest without an L?

I ask in another thread if ND scheduled anyone that can challenge them , from looking at the first 9 games they havent had anything resembling a close game . I saw their schedule but I'm clueless to who might challenge them.

I don't think so. Wished they had a game with one of these big schools. Would be fun to watch

Just one poor mans opinion but I hate that approach to scheduling . I'm on the total polar opposite , schedule up in preparation for the tourney . Who cares if you go undefeated but never play anyone ? And you flame out in the tourney when pressure finally gets applied .

ND does have some tough opponents scheduled , I just didnt recognize the schools .. They have d2 Greenfield Mcclain , D3 Oak Hill , and undefeated Waynesville up in the Ironton showcase . Along with Huntington WV and Belphre ... I dont think the schedule I saw had a couple of those listed .. so the Titans will def' be tested .

I have talked to Coach Mckenzie Ports ND the last couple of years when he is trying to skedl tougher opponents, What we forget it some of the better teams wont play him cause he is D4 and if you lose to a D4 team no matter how good they are it hurts for seeding. Also a lot of coaches seem to be scheduling to win a lot of games instead of thinking of preparing for the tourney.

Waynesville and Huntington High School (WV) will be his toughest tests. Greenfield lost their best scorer and it will hurt them.

Lynchburg Clay still has two games vs Eastern Brown and one game vs North Adams, Goshen (d2) and Cincy Country Day so they will have challenges

19-6 at the half on the ND - McLain game . Game played at a frenetic pace , neither team has settled down any . ND’s guards are total ball hawks , they pressure you hard

ND played sloppy and still won by 20. They cause so much chaos on the defensive end. These games against quality competition will help once tourney time rolls around.

One thing is for sure , you better have guards that can handle pressure or ND is going to turn you over a bunch .
