Yes. Bentley. She is a walking double-double. She has had some of her best games against TVC opponents, just off the top of my head, 27 at Alexander, a triple double home against Alexander, and 32 last night against River Valley.

The question is...will Coach Bentley finally get some love? Snubbed last year as Coach of the Year. Has he mended those fences from last year? I hope so, but I don't think he really cares, which is why we love him.

Who won Coach of the Year last year ? Is it only his fellow Coaches that do the voting ? Should I not ask why fences would need to be mended ?

Have you ever met Coach Bentley? He is an intense and passionate man. He believes in his kids, in what they are trying to do, and how to get there, and to some, well...maybe a lot, it is disconcerting, off-putting if you will. Therefore, he rubbed some of the coaches the wrong way, but I have always said, when it comes to TVC-Ohio girls' coaches there is not a lack of confidence among any of them. So, to answer your question, despite going undefeated last year in the conference, I believe Coach Grinstead of Alexander was Coach of the Year. Which there could be argument for that decision, first year guy, finishing second, in a very talented conference. But this year...we will see.
