Interesting that the 1-4 seeds all made it to the district semis and then the 1 and 2 seeds all made it to the district finals. Looks like the voting process had everyone properly seeded this year.

L/C setting standard for SE District. A tough matchup for anyone. Scorers everywhere for them.

Burg goes to the regional semifinals in only its third year of existence. Lynchburg clay showed another level for the pirates that they can go and learn from. One thing that was slightly disappointing was The girls from Lynchburg seemed a little arrogant at times. Honestly they could of won by 8 to 10 points. They are a terrific team, they've been there before, they just need to act like it.

Sorry you feel that way. Don't know what you saw that would indicate the arrogance. It was a good effort by both teams.

Just little minor things in the game that bugged me. Im not going to talk about individual players, I realize they're young. I've been that way at times. Lynchburg is a great team. Lady pirates played really hard, just ran into a better team.

We've (North Adams) been playing the Lynchburg-Clay girls for years. We've always found them to be a class act. Sometimes it's easy to confuse arrogance with confidence, especially when encountering a superior team. Credit where credit is due. They are the standard-setter in the Southeast District

There is a difference between arrogance and confidence. When wheelersburg played them, they displayed both.
