With Rock Hill adding boys soccer, Gallia Academy decided to opt out of competing in the SEOAL in Boys Soccer to compete in the OVC.

Why? Go from a 5 team league to a 4 team league?

I'm not sure what you're, but the OVC is going from 3 teams last year to 5 teams this year, and Gallia originally planned on competing in both the OVC and SEOAL since they could play 10 SEOAL games and 6 OVC games for their 16 game schedule, but when Rock Hill added Soccer, Gallia had to drop out of the SEOAL because they can't play 10 SEOAL games and 8 OVC games in a season since 16 games is the max in the regular season. I'd hope that Gallia plays Jackson, Logan, and Warren twice Home & Away and then play Alexander and Athens once as non-conference games to get their 16 game schedule next year.

Also, the SEOAL had 6 teams in soccer and the OVC will be Gallia's primary conference starting next year in all sports except for maybe Tennis and probably Wrestling.
