Just what I expected. Making Waverly/Chillicothe/Unioto knock each other off.

Not any easier on the other side of the bracket with Warren/Athens/Marietta having to knock each other out.

Should be some interesting games in the sectional.

Very tough any way you go....

Marietta is a 3 seed haing to face an Athens team they beat 1-0; then they would have to potentially travel to warren again where they just lost 5-2. Pretty tough for a team that is a 3 seed and played the toughest schedule in the SE Dst. Athens will be a tough out.

Warren facing a third game with good Marietta (or Athens) team in game two is no picnic either.

Unioto will have to face a team they beat already beat in the regular season in game 2 (if they get by Gallia as expected) in either Waverly or Chillicothe. Not a gimmee for an undefeated team and a clear #1 seed. Waverly played Unioto tough in game 1 and I am sure Chillicothe could give Unioto a better game than they did previously.

The teams that make it to the District will be well-prepared for their next opponents...

Seeing the Disparity I trully wish they would rank all teams North and South Whoever makes it out of the North should make it to Regionals.

Sorry def a typo meant South

I hope that's a typo. The South has dominated the North in the regular season and in past tournaments.

I don't know much about the North side of things... any potential upsets in the making? Anyone seeded lower than they should be?

Fairfield Union has a solid team to go with the always dangerous Hillsboro and Circleville, but I don't see any of the other 4 schools making much noise.

Waverly beat Marietta 2-0 today on a neutral field. Of course it's after the fact but just saying.

The bracket shows Wash CH schools Miami Trace and Washington not squaring off until Thursday. I wonder why?
