Div III- East District vs. Southeast District

How will the Southeast district teams fair against the East District teams this year? in District and Regional play?
The East is led by a strong group of teams:
Hiland (Berlin)- 3-1-1 Key Wins: Mansfield Christian (DIII), River View (DII);
Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville)- 4-2-1 Key Wins: LIberty Union(DIII), Zanesville(DII);
Steubenville CC- 2-0-1 Key Wins: ???
Who is leading the pack in the SouthEast?

In D3 boys soccer it comes down to a few teams in my opinion..
South Webster: looked a little sloppy early on but this team will be legit.
North Adams: suffered a tough loss to Lynchburg 4-2, but bounced back today with a draw against Alexander.
Lynchburg Clay: always a solid program and are very well conditioned.
Wheelersburg: got a draw against NA and beat Northwest so this team may have a good year for sure.
Between these 4 teams I think all are very good and very even in who could go on....

Have they released the regional pairings?
Meaning if se plays e or central?

All that is noted on SEODAB is that 1 winner from the SE advances to regional, which is different than last year when South Webster and Northwest both advanced to regional games.
Speaking of SEODAB, does anyone else have problems accessing their site? Seems that no mobile browsers will access it and few PC browsers

With the SE only getting 1 district champ — at least the East district won’t be drawn into our District like they have been in the past when they were short in numbers and we received 2.
The question I have is does the Central get 2 or the east get 2?
Also, my pick for SE district champ is South Webster. The early loss to Minford has shown to be a good thing and their Coach makes them better from start of season to end of season
