Big week for SOC 1 and 2.
Minford coming off a 1-2 week losing to webster and Athens. Their schedule isn't any getting any easier this week with northwest and burg.

Those aren't necessarily bad losses for Minford, but the fact they lost by a total of 9-0 could be an issue. To beat NW, it will take scoring some goals because they are scoring at a pretty good pace right now.

NW has scored 16 goals in 2 games against sub 500 squads.
If they score 3 or more tonight against Minford, who always plays the SOC2 tough, I'll be impressed.

Northwest up 4-2 at half, 3 different players scored for Northwest.

7-2 final. As I said earlier, you will have to be able to score some goals to beat NW.

Wow!! Impressed with the goals they're putting up and 3 different players! Congrats to coach Keeney and his kids. They deserve it.
Minford needs to have short memory and come out strong and get the win Thursday over burg.

Ended up with 4 different players scoring for NW. I think 5 different kids with one or more assists. Couple other kids just missed on the scoring end.
I think Minford will bounce back from this. They are a good team and coached well.
