Transfer rule Question

Example.....

Child has spent last 2 years as an open enrollment student at a neighboring high school. This year child is attending the school in which district the child lives in. Does she/he have to set out half of volleyball/football season?

Did they participate in sports the previous school year?

There is no penalty for a one time return to your district of residence as long as the proper paperwork is filled out and the AD performs at least 1 home visit to verify. Proof of residence must be submitted including a utility bill, voting record and driver's license all with the address in the "home" school district.
